Is your favorite making the cut? Six different boys make up this week’s top list! Bring on the men! Welcome back season 1 into the mix, but not for long because they cut TWO people this week!
Check out the last lists:
Top 24 Performances from Semifinal Weeks
Top 12 Performances from Top 12 Weeks
Top 11 Performances from Top 11 Weeks - Rank for Seven Seasons:
With Kelly back in the mix, I was excited to make this list! Top 10 weeks have been interesting weeks, that is for sure! Season 1 took on MoTown, Season 5 took on modern music, Season 2 brought us country rock, and all in all it is an eclectic list that would make a pretty great mix tape.
Remember, this only takes in to account each season’s week of Top Ten performances!!! To see the best of the Semifinals, Top 12 Weeks, and Top 11 Weeks click here:

Top 11 Performances from Top 11 Weeks THE LIST:
10. Blake Lewis: “Love Song” (Season 6) I really loved Blake actually tenderly singing this song. It was sweet. I Love 311’s version, and I love what Blake brought to the AI table.

Love Song
9. RJ Helton: “Sugar Pie Honey Bunch” (Season 1) Dude could REALLY REALLY sing. Period. He wasn’t the best performer, but he had such a lovely tone and was capable of some really fantastic runs.

Sugar Pie, Honey Bunch
8. Elliott Yamin: “I Don’t Wanna Be” (Season 5) The first time he got the pimp spot, and he was truly the best of the night. His vocals brought a new relevance to an already amazing song. I loved his tone on it, and was just about to burst with excitement.

I Don't Wanna Be
7. Ruben Studdard: “Sweet Home Alabama” (Season 2) This was my favorite Ruben performance. I loved his tone for this song and it brought something totally new to this classic. It helped that he looked ecstatic to be singing it!
Check it out:
Sweet Home Alabama
6. Justin Guarini: “For Once in My Life” (Season 1) Let’s not all forget that Justin was really talented. There was a reason he made it to the second slot, and there’s no reason he hasn’t seen more success now other than the fact, season 1’s rule required him to wait until Kelly put her cd out, and she took a LONG time.
Check it out:
For Once in My Life
5. Kimberley Locke: “I Can’t Make You Love Me” (Season 2) This was a real turning point in the competition for Kimberley, and for once, this AI performance is more about restraint. Her cool vocals made for a chilling performance of this song. No one has been able to follow with this song very well since. KLo knows how to bring home the soft ballad!!!

I Can't Make You Love Me
4. Tamyra Gray: “Touch Me in the Morning” (Season 1) She was amazing, hands down. Her vocals great, her performing was spirited and she was such a star. She still is. She might not have the career Kelly has, but she’s made a real niche for herself!
Check it out:
Touch Me in the Morning
3. Carrie Underwood: “Independence Day” (Season 4) You may have forgotten how much Carrie was first played off a lot like Kellie Pickler, and only a blonde can pull that off. However, she always gives a stand out vocal on this, however her Hollywood round version was better because she was terrified. Carrie terrified plays out better for what this song is actually about, then awkward hip shaking/one arm out Carrie. Check out both below, they are both worth it.

2. Kelly Clarkson: “You’re All I Need” (Season 1) Aside from a truly whoreanous outfit that still terrifies me to this day, this vocal is stupendous. She just soars at the end and looks like she is having the absolute time of her life. I love the video before the song too.
Check it out:
You're All I Need
1. David Cook: “Billy Jean” (Season 7) Am I biased towards this season? Maybe. However, I ask you to watch all these performances and argue that David Cook’s “Billy Jean” isn’t the most compelling, professional, and dynamic. And I LOVE me some Kelly and Carrie! For a top ten week performance, this is chilling and fantastic !

Billy Jean Check these out, because this was a hard list to make, and all of these are worth a listen!!!!
